Meet Katie
Hi there! I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor based out of Hoboken, NJ. My goal is to make strength training more approachable, specifically for women.
I have created four different training programs to help you reach your specific fitness goals. I am also available for personalized gym programming, 1-on-1 online coaching, and group classes at the Drip Fitness. Let's work together!

our signature mat class - a metabolic conditioning class programmed to the beat of the music in timed circuits and protocols, using medium and heavy weights, that will leave you dripping in sweat and confidence. low impact, structured movement patterns, where endurance and volume take priority. an intense, interval based strength class (putting the double ii's in DRIIP) that leaves you on a high without the high-impact.
